A practical operator's view of HR.
Aviv Hadad is Managing Partner of Magen HR Solutions. He began his direct HR career in 2018 and progressed through HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and HR Director roles at US LBM.
From 2022 through 2025, he led HR for a $2.2 billion region, managed an eight-person HR team, and supported approximately 14,000 associates across 17 states and more than 120 locations in union and nonunion settings.
His current healthcare leadership experience adds to a background in large-scale, multi-site operations. His work has included growth, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, change, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, succession, compensation, and organization design.
Aviv earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Florida and an MBA from Louisiana State University. He holds current PHR and SHRM-CP credentials.
